मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान के निर्देश पर प्रदेश में कट्टरवाद के खिलाफ लगातार मुहिम चलाई जा रही है। इस मुहिम के तहत मध्यप्रदेश एटीएस ने कट्टरपंथी इस्लामिक संगठन हिज्ब उत् तहरीर/ तहरीक- ए– खिलाफत से जुड़े सदस्यों पर मंगलवार सुबह देश की अब तक की सबसे बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। एटीएस ने भोपाल के शाहजहांनाबाद, ऐशबाग, लालघाटी और पिपलानी क्षेत्र में कार्रवाई करते हुए 10 और छिंदवाड़ा से एक सदस्य को गिरफ्तार किया। साथ ही तेलंगाना की राजधानी हैदराबाद से पांच सदस्यों को अभिरक्षा में लिया गया है। गिरफ्तार किए गए कट्टरपंथी संगठन से जुड़े सदस्यों से देशविरोधी दस्तावेज, तकनीकी उपकरण, कट्टरवादी साहित्य और अन्य सामग्री जब्त की गई है। मप्र पुलिस ने आरोपियों पर यूएपीए (Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 ) एवं अन्य धाराओं में प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध किया है।
हिज्ब उत् तहरीर संगठन क्या है :-
| हिज्ब उत् तहरीर/ तहरीक-ए-खिलाफत संगठन का नेटवर्क 50 से अधिक देशों में फैला हुआ है। इस संगठन पर 16 देशों में प्रतिबंध लग चुका है। यह संगठन भारत में लोकतांत्रिक शासन प्रणाली के स्थान पर इस्लामिक शरिया कानून लाना चाहता है। इसके लिए संगठन ने मध्यप्रदेश में भी गुपचुप तरीके से अपना कैडर तैयार करना प्रारंभ कर दिया था। संगठन से जुड़े सदस्यों का उदेश्य नवयुवकों को भारत की वर्तमान शासन प्रणाली इस्लाम विरोधी बताकर संगठन से जोड़ना था। संगठन के सदस्य लोगों को भड़काकर और हिंसक कार्रवाई कर खिलाफत कायम करना चाहते थे। |
आज की कार्रवाई :-
| मध्य प्रदेश एटीएस द्वारा हिज्ब उत् तहरीर संगठन पर आज की गई कार्रवाई के दौरान भोपाल से 10 और छिंदवाड़ा से 1 सदस्य को गिरफ्तार किया गया । मप्र पुलिस की सूचना पर तेलंगाना पुलिस द्वारा भी हैदराबाद से 5 सदस्यों को पकड़ा गया। भोपाल से गिरफ्तार किए गए संगठन के सदस्यों में यासिर खान 29 वर्ष् निवासी शाहजनाबाद भोपाल (जिम ट्रेनर), सैयद सामी रिजवी 32 वर्ष निवासी मेलेनियम हेबिटेट शहीद नगर, भोपाल (कोचिंग टीचर), शाहरूख निवासी जवाहर कॉलोनी ऐशबाग भोपाल (दर्जी), मिस्बाह उल हक 29 वर्ष निवासी हाउसिंग बोर्ड कॉलोनी, ऐशबाग, भोपाल (मजदूरी), शाहिद निवासी जवाहर कॉलोनी, ऐशबाग, भोपाल (ऑटो ड्राइवर), सैयद दानिश अली निवासी सोनिया गांधी कॉलोनी, ऐशबाग, भोपाल (सॉफ्टवेयर इंजीनियर), मेहराज अली 25 वर्ष निवासी मसूद भाई का मकान, ऐशबाग, भोपाल (कम्प्यूटर टेक्नीशियन), खालिद हुसैन 40 वर्ष निवासी बारेला गांव लालघाटी भोपाल, (टीचर और व्यवसायी), वसीम खान निवासी उमराव दूल्हा, ऐशबाग, भोपाल, मोहम्मद आलम 35 वर्ष निवासी नूरमहल रोड, चौकी इमामबाड़ा, भोपाल और करीम निवासी छिंदवाड़ा (प्रायवेट नौकरी) आमजन के मध्य कार्य करते हुए संदिग्ध गतिविधियों को अंजाम दे रहे थे। गिरफ्तार किए गए कट्टरपंथी संगठन से जुड़े सदस्यों से देशविरोधी दस्तावेज, तकनीकी उपकरण, कट्टरवादी साहित्य और अन्य सामग्री जब्त की गई है। |
मुख्यमंत्री जी के निर्देशन में कट्टरवादी, अतिवादी व आतंकी संगठनों के खिलाफ मप्र में लगातार जारी है कार्रवाई
| मुख्यमंत्री श्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान के निर्देशन में प्रदेश में कट्टरवादी, अतिवादी और आतंकी संगठनों पर लगातार कार्रवाई जारी है। इसके पूर्व जमात-ए-मुजाहिद्दीन-बांग्लादेश(JMB) और पीएफआई जैसे संगठनों पर भी मध्यप्रदेश पुलिस द्वारा कार्रवाई की जा चुकी है। मार्च 2022 में एटीएस द्वारा जमात-ए-मुजाहिद्दीन बांग्लादेश मॉड्यूल का भंडाफोड़ किया गया था। इस दौरान तीन बांग्लादेशी आतंकवादियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया था। एमपी एटीएस की कार्रवाई के आधार पर देश के अन्य राज्यों में भी कार्रवाई की गई थी। सितंबर 2022 में मप्र पुलिस ने प्रतिबंधित संगठन पीएफआई (PFI) के 22 सदस्यों को गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता प्राप्त की थी। यह कार्रवाई लगातार जारी है। |
ऐसे करते थे प्रशिक्षण, भर्ती और तैयारी:-
| सभी गिरफ्तार आरोपी गोपनीय रूप से जंगलों में जाकर क्लोज कॉम्बैट ट्रेनिंग कैंप आयोजित कर निशानेबाजी की प्रैक्टिस करते थे । उक्त प्रशिक्षण कैंप में हैदराबाद से आए संगठन के दक्ष प्रशिक्षक द्वारा कैंप में शामिल सदस्यों को ट्रेनिंग दी जाती थी । गोपनीय रूप से दर्श (धार्मिक सभा) आयोजित कर भड़काऊ तकरीरें दी जाकर जेहादी साहित्य का वितरण किया जाता था। आरोपियों द्वारा ऐसे नवयुवकों की पहचान की जा रही थी, जो उग्र स्वभाव के हों और उन्हें संगठन के लिए अपनी जान देने में कोई हिचक ना हो । सभी आरोपी आपस में बातचीत करने के लिए डार्क वेब में प्रचलित विभिन्न कम्युनिकेशन ऐप जैसे ‘रॉकेट चैट’, ‘थ्रीमा’ एवं अन्य ऐप का उपयोग करते थे, जिनका उपयोग अधिकतर आतंकी संगठन जैसे ‘आईएसआईएस’ द्वारा भी किया जाता है। |
यह थी योजना :-
| संगठन की योजना ज्यादा से ज्यादा नवयुवकों को अपने संगठन से जोड़ने और उन्हें हिंदुओं के विरुद्ध जेहाद के लिए तैयार करना है। सदस्यों को संगठन के लिए चंदा एवं संसाधन एकत्रित करने के लिए कहा जाता था। इनकी बड़े शहरों एवं भीड़भाड़ वाले क्षेत्रों में बड़ी घटना को अंजाम देकर लोगों में भय पैदा करने की मंशा थी। इसके लिए संगठन के सदस्यों द्वारा भारत के बड़े शहरों को चिन्हित किया गया था। वे विभिन्न स्थानों पर ड्रोन से टारगेट और क्षेत्र की रेकी करते थे। रेकी के पश्चात क्षेत्र का नक्शा तैयार कर घटना घटित करने की योजना तैयार कर रहे थे। |
